People - My cancer story

I was diagnosed at 71. One lump appeared six weeks after my second covid vaccine. What was weird, was that my weight was normal. I was fit and toned, meditated daily, and was following a keto diet. Triple negative, Stage 1 (TNBC). I was so shocked and I let a specialist "railroad" me and I had a biopsy on my first appointment. Never again!
After being diagnosed, I interviewed multiple oncologists and selected a surgeon who performed a lumpectomy with clear margins. More interviews with oncologists followed, resulting in conflicting information/ recommendations.
I began researching like a crazy person (Breast Cancer Choices was a great starting point). I refused chemo and radiation, read Jane McClelland's book, Starve Your Cancer. and eventually took her online course.
I began assembling my supplements, but some were difficult to get, as I live in Egypt, where I’m an international teacher. I took 76 supplements for 90 days, had infra-red sauna appointments and anal ozone insertion; the latter two were discontinued following a severe reaction.
I continued to research and found research supporting use of Ivermectin and Fenben. I found a protocol on public medications for dosing Ivermectin (called OTC in Egypt) and I followed that. I got Fenben from a vet and took control of my own treatments.
Two years later, I had a recurrence, but NOT TNBC! I had an ultrasound and a contrast MRI. My second surgeon removed the lump intact and again, obtained clear margins. I then had 8 treatments of very targeted light therapy, which destroys cancer cells but ignores healthy cells.
I also worked on emotions. I listened to binaural beat meditations, did sound frequency healing, and meditated at least once a day.
The hardest part of self-treatment was figuring out how to know if it's gone without doing a scan…
I happened upon a YouTube interview highlighting a new biotechnology company in India that had a new cancer detection blood test. They had completed a trial with 1000 people, and the accuracy exceeded 99%. They were In talks with the pharmeceutical Gods in the US & UK to bring the product to market.
I made it my mission to get that test. it took months to find the company and get an actual contact. But I did it and flew to Mumbai in late Dec, 2023, then and again in March, 2024. I'll go back again before end of year. so far, I'm in remission. The test can predict cancer likelihood, beginning with stage 0, as well as determine if it still exists. The test is it's cheap by medical standards - $120 USD - and it’s called HrC. The NHS in the United Kingdom is currently running clinical studies.
I've come a long ways and, while I know that my body has healed, I continue to meditate, take about 12 supplements daily, walk/dance, keep my Ivermectin/ Fenben regimen, and have my blood tested quarterly (normal blood tests). I return to India at least annually.
Within the last 2 weeks, I've added 1 more item to my "optimal living" strategy. I'm a huge fan of Bruce Lipton and Brian Scott; both of whom are proponents of changing subconscious beliefs through sleep meditations. So I've downloaded Brian's 8 hour meditations, purchased sleep headsets and I'm getting used to sleeping this way.
As for eating, I've done Keto, and a doctor placed me on a restrictive diet that I simply can't do! So, I've decided to go mostly Mediterranean in my choices, avoiding sugar, seed oils, and ultra-processed foods.
Yes, I've changed. I'm no longer intimidated by doctors. I actually know more than most of them, and my research is more current. I realize this sounds horribly arrogant, but I've come to believe that I am the one responsible for my health., and I can't shift that responsibility on to others.
I also know that I have so much more ability to heal myself than I would ever have imagined. The "trick" for me is to stay calm, be very clear, and expect that I'll get answers, while remaining unattached. I’m not going to tell you that it’s ‘easy’!
Changes: I've adopted a "Let them" attitude. I own my power and I don't care very much what others think. I don't bother to explain my actions as I don’t answer to anyone but me! I seem to operate in the flow more. I'm traveling more (mostly solo). I'm optimistic without forcing outcomes. Even with all the negativity in the world, I'm evolving my capabilities to focus on what I want, vs repelling what I don't want. That’s a lesson for us all!
With new any diagnosis: realize now that cancer needn’t be a death sentence. Educate yourself. Strengthen your mind. Take control of yourself. Start working on the emotional stuff immediately. Clean up your diet (no sugar, no seed oils, no processed foods, eat only organic (if possible), and If not, soak fruits and vegetables in baking soda).
Most people jump on the "standard of care" model as that is the path of least resistance. For my age group, chemo has a huge failure rate as does radiation. Nevertheless, that's what is pushed.
Self education and taking accountability is crucial.
